The apartment was lovely, furnished with real taste and equipped with everything we needed. It was also excellent value. I'd happily recommend it.

The apartments are fantastic, and nearly all of them deserve that description. They’re clean, comfortable, practical, and have a little touch of luxury, with far more equipment than you normally find in a holiday apartment. You might notice some noise from other apartments. What I found distracting was the ventilation, which is very quiet but still audible in each room, especially when everything else is silent. Sometimes it wasn’t running at all. Neither issue would make me lower my rating.

Apartment No. 04 was reasonably equipped and worked well for four adults, though I wouldn’t find it as suitable for a family with young children. The location is fairly quiet, between Bansin and the Heringsdorf pier. There’s only a limited amount of crockery, and the kitchen has no microwave. The wooden dining table has grooves and is delicate, while the balcony railings might tempt children to climb. In the bedroom, the window opens onto the terrace, so you can’t lower the blind while the window is open. The lift takes some getting used to. Parking was difficult with a family van. The garage has a 1.90 m height limit, and the outdoor spaces were too narrow, so we had to use the rear side doors to get out.

It looks like a nice, modern apartment at first, but the details haven’t been thought through. The balcony railings have horizontal metal bars that children could easily climb, which is stressful for parents. There are no cushions or blankets for the balcony, which is a shame. The lift works oddly: you have to keep holding both the floor button and the call button for it to move. And in our apartment, the long lamp above the dining table was fitted crosswise. Sit beneath it and you hit your head and get glare; sit beside it and there’s no light. Why set it up that way?

The beds felt quite worn, and the mattresses could do with being replaced. Wi-Fi also dropped out at times, and prices in high season aren’t exactly low. Still, we were very comfortable and would be glad to return. The apartment is quiet, with the beach only about two minutes away. It’s nicely furnished with quality pieces, including great recliners, and having an oven was handy for cooking for ourselves. There’s a lovely terrace and plenty of storage throughout.
