We came back for a second stay. It’s small and simple, but enough for two. The bus stop is right outside, and the beach entrance is behind the place.

You can step straight out onto the beach, which makes the location fantastic. The ground-floor room is nicely set up and has what you need. The bed and sofa aren’t very comfortable, but for the price it’s adequate.

The terrace is enormous and great for eating outside, and the beach is just over the little promenade. Inside, the furnishings are lovely and we felt right at home. The apartment is 120 square meters and has excellent facilities. My only point off is that the bedrooms are too far apart for a family with children. The kids’ room is at the front, while the main bedroom is at the back.

There’s direct beach access just outside, and the apartment is spacious with everything you need. But the furniture and the rest of the place are quite old. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable: the terrace was filthy and it seemed like the floor hadn’t been mopped in ages. At that price, it costs far too much.

Right on the beach, in a prime spot between the piers at Bansin and Heringsdorf.
