I’ve been returning for a few years and can definitely recommend this holiday apartment. It’s right in town, so getting around is easy. The welcome is always super friendly, and the pier is close by. There’s a bakery just around the corner, too.

The Baltic Sea beach is no more than a five-minute walk away, and the apartment’s central Heringsdorf location is hard to beat. “Seestern” was a fantastic holiday apartment for our group of two adults and a four-year-old.

Villa Franz was a lovely place to stay, and I’ll definitely come back. The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything I needed. Its location near the pier is perfect, with everything close at hand. Renting a parking space was easy and inexpensive, and the local contact was fantastic and always reachable.

We were very satisfied and will surely return soon. The apartment has everything you need, with a bakery around the corner and the beach just a five-minute walk away. Mrs. Barkow gave us a warm welcome, even though we arrived after 6 pm.

We’ve stayed here three times and feel right at home. The house and garden are very well maintained, and the apartments are tastefully furnished. It’s an ideal holiday spot for us, with a chance to relax from the very first minute. It’s also great that private parking is available to rent at very reasonable rates! 🥰
