We always feel very comfortable here, and UsedomTravel has consistently given us outstanding service. The value for money is hard to beat. The villa is stylish and the apartment is well laid out and quiet, with a good-sized terrace. It's a prime spot in Heringsdorf, just 200 meters from the promenade. The furnishings could use an update: the toaster and other kitchen utensils still work, but aren't very appealing anymore. Cleanliness could be better, though that's fixable. A few more cleaning supplies would help, since there's only a vacuum and broom and we'd like to mop every three weeks. The parking spaces are close together, so larger cars have a hard time. Cars were smaller when the spaces were built. 🥴

The attic apartment was nice and practical, in an old historic house right in town. Just be prepared for the stairs, they're steep and narrow, which makes hauling luggage up difficult. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Really nice apartment in a central, well-located spot, about the same distance from Bansin and Ahlbeck. It's a bit noisy, though nothing too bad, and there's a lovely little terrace. I can recommend it.

The accommodation was okay, so I'm giving it three stars. The kitchen had no microwave, which I didn't like. There were also cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the small room. At this price, that's unacceptable.

The caretaker responded promptly, and the bathroom was clean. We had a tastefully furnished apartment in a good spot near the beach and pier, though the kitchen equipment was below average and the TV was small. We'd come back.
