We've been coming to the Baltic Sea for 25 years, and have visited Usedom many times too. Our most recent trip was in 02/26. We have to give Maja Appartementvermittlung credit for the work and service. Every apartment or holiday flat we've had so far has been top notch: very clean, nicely furnished, and never broken or worn out. We're fussy about beds because we spend plenty of time in them, and you sometimes find all sorts of things 🙄. Maja gets that right too, with no stained mattress toppers or sweaty pillows. There are thoughtful little touches on arrival, like the path being cleared of snow from the front door right to the car door, or spare batteries for the remote. Wow, those details really stand out. Thanks to all the staff working hard behind the scenes to make our holidays enjoyable!

The apartment was clean and well kept, simply furnished but quite sufficient, with freshly made clean beds. We were welcomed warmly when we collected the keys and felt at home straight away. There was even a complimentary bottle of sparkling water. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the beach was a short walk away, and the quiet, pleasant neighborhood was lovely for sitting on the balcony in the evening. We also appreciated having a washing machine and drying rack, which we've never had in another holiday rental without an extra charge. Maja's service was great. Booking was easy, and my email exchanges before the holiday were always polite and helpful. We're very happy and would definitely come back. We recommend booking through Maja.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. They'd even left food and water for our dog, and check-in was very friendly. We're very satisfied and highly recommend this holiday rental.
