Apartment number 4 is 60 square meters and nicely laid out, with an electric fireplace and a shower with a steam sauna. The place feels high quality throughout, from the parquet floors and superb kitchen to the large 55-inch TV. It's a beautiful property with elegant furnishings on a side street. The parking spots in the backyard are quite small. Also, the local council gives tickets for parking in the traffic-calmed zone, though that's not the agency's responsibility.

We felt relaxed and at home in App. 1. It's a lovely, well-equipped apartment in a beautifully renovated villa, and pets are welcome too, which made our holiday perfect.

The quiet side street is a great spot in central Heringsdorf, just a few steps from the beach and pier. The apartments are spacious, with especially large bathrooms and very generous rain showers. They also have saunas, steam showers, big smart TVs, and electric fireplaces that look almost real without needing wood. The building reopened in July 2021 after a complete renovation that year. The maritime-style apartments have what you need for a lovely holiday. The box-spring beds are at 5-star+ hotel quality, and the craftsmen did a masterful job preserving the historic character while adding modern touches.

We’re here for the first time and have a lovely room, a great bathroom, and a fantastic modern kitchen. The price feels fair for what you get, and the office staff who handed over the keys were friendly and helpful. Villa Luise is quiet, about a 5-minute walk from the town center. I highly recommend it.

The owners gave us a warm welcome and are very friendly. The apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable, with modern kitchens. It’s a quiet spot, about 5 minutes from the town center and the sea. The train station is also a 5-minute walk away. A wonderful place to stay.
