Villa Saphira

The location was perfect for us. Villa Saphira sits between the piers at Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf, and it’s a one-minute walk to the beach, where the Alex Event Lounge was a great place to relax, eat, play volleyball, rent stand-up paddleboards, meet people, chat, laugh, or party. It has a lovely, high-quality design with almost a Caribbean feel. There are fish sandwiches and bocke, plus proper food like chicken tyriaki, pancakes, rice pudding, and penne with tomato sauce. The value for money was very good. The new toilet container at beach exit 2/F was always clean and well kept. Heringsdorf pier is about two minutes away by bike or ten minutes on foot, and the bus runs on Delbrückstrasse above. The road didn’t bother us. Bars and restaurants nearby serve very good food and drinks, though they aren’t cheap. They sometimes have musical events, usually until 10 p.m., and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We’re still in maisonette no. 06, but only have two days left 😭😭😭. It’s the nicest and best holiday apartment we’ve rented so far, stylishly furnished and still in mint condition. The new XL beach chair comes with the apartment, and the beach chair and final cleaning are included. We used both terraces morning and evening. The roof terrace is about 18 square meters, gets sun all day, and has a double sofa and two wicker armchairs with good trailers. There’s a parking space, the property is fenced and not open to the public, and there are plenty of covered bike racks. Neighbors haven’t been an issue because everything is well separated. There are plants everywhere, and a gardening service waters them, mows the lawn, and sweeps. The place is beautifully maintained and quiet. The apartment felt a little smaller than we expected for 55 square meters, probably because the terraces are counted. The entry hall is narrow where the stairs go up to the living room, and the stairs are steep and narrow, so keep that in mind if you’re not steady on your feet. The bus stop is right above on Delbrückstrasse. For us, this was the perfect place to stay, just a minute from the beach and with two TVs, all the kitchen utensils, bed linen, and towels provided. Usedom Travel’s description was accurate. The appliances are high quality, and the furnishings are tasteful, with no DIY store or IKEA look and nothing worn out. Perfect for two people. We had a wonderful time here. Thanks to everyone involved! Highly recommended!

From Apartment 10 you’re right on the promenade, with the sound of waves nearby. It’s a fantastic holiday flat in a prime spot, and it has Wi-Fi, parking, and Sky TV included. The amenities had everything we wanted, and it’s just right for two people. We’ll definitely come back.

You can cook properly here, with everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. There’s even a sauna in the room. The villa is lovely and well located, close to the beach and Alex Bar. With a restaurant and bar right next door, it’s an easy place to unwind in the evening.

We booked room 5 at Villa Saphira, a gorgeous little apartment that was plenty big enough for our small family of three. It has a great kitchen, a bedroom, living room, and even a huge bathroom. In summer you can choose between two terraces for breakfast, and the beach is almost right outside the door.
