Villa Sommerfreude

We had a lovely view of the partly frozen Baltic Sea from this very nice place. Our 55-square-metre holiday apartment had everything that makes everyday life worth living.....

The landlord was very friendly, and it’s only a short walk to the Baltic Sea. A lovely apartment and a little winter gem.

The care guests get here really impressed me. The house is clean and so well kept that it felt like someone had dusted just ten minutes before we arrived. The windows were spotless, the bathroom looked wonderful, the tub’s shower screen gleamed, and there wasn’t a trace of limescale on the fixtures. The kitchen was just as clean. Whether you like the beds is a matter of personal taste, of course. Mr. Blumenthal and his wife are kind and polite, and it was easy to have a friendly chat with them. They also shared useful tips about the area. The nightly rate is typical for the area, and I thought it was worth it for such a pleasant holiday apartment. You can also buy the hand soap there at a reasonable price. It smells amazing and is certified free of various harmful substances, including microplastics, so you can take a little reminder of your holiday home. The landlord was very friendly and found us a great parking space. The villa is in the second row from the Baltic Sea, around 100 to 200 metres from the water. We stayed for five days in the one-room apartment, with a combined living room and kitchen and a separate bathroom. It was clean and in excellent condition, and the kitchen had everything we needed. When we’re next in Bansin, we’ll definitely book another apartment at Villa Sommerfreude.
