Villa Usedom App. 31

Our one bedroom apartment was tiny but cozy, and the kitchen was fully equipped. For two people it would be perfect, but with three it was a squeeze, with very little closet space and only three hangers. There was no toilet soap. We asked for some, but it never arrived. Reception gave us body lotion and insisted it was soap, even though the label said lotion and we tried to explain the difference. The apartment faced the parking area, so it got noisy when people came and went. If you rent here, try to get one away from the parking. There was no iron or washing machine in the flat, and ironing and laundry both cost extra. I understand charging for laundry, but having no iron in the room feels like a way to cash in. The stay was good overall, but they should make sure the apartment has the basics and respond when a guest asks for something missing. That's why I rate the service a 2.
