One of the best hotels I've visited so far, with superb hospitality. The dining area manager had a great personality and a good sense of humor. When he saw that we were guests from India and uncomfortable with the local food, he went out of his way to arrange Indian food for us. I still remember him saying, "Tomorrow you'll have Chicken, Fish and Veggies with a lot of chilly." By the way, I'm vegetarian, but.

The rooms and hotel are OK, though they could be more modern. The staff are friendly and the food is good, with plenty of free parking spaces. It's a little outside the city, but still within walking distance.

The breakfast was great, but it couldn't make up for the bad night's sleep. The sheets were uncomfortable, and the duvets were far too heavy and warm. When we asked for lighter ones, we were told the hotel only had heavy ones. My wife couldn't sleep with the bedding and stayed at another hotel for the second night. Seriously, one size doesn't fit everyone. A 3-star hotel this size should have at least a couple of lighter duvets spare.

It's a great place to stay, but there's nobody around to help during the daytime.
