A decent two-star hotel in a quiet spot with a nice view and a good location for hikers. The restaurant is there, but it's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The place is a bit dated and rustic, and the shower needs refurbishing. There was no satellite TV as advertised, and the free Wi-Fi kept losing connection. Breakfast was good.

Good food in a peaceful restaurant, especially convenient for hikers, motorcyclists, and cyclists.

The food was tasty, generous, and reasonably priced, and the area around the hotel is great for hiking. My single room was fine, with a shared terrace I hadn't booked. The place was quiet, so I guess the hostess kindly put me in that room. I knew ahead of time it wasn't especially well equipped, but the furniture still felt like it was close to falling apart. There was also a steady hiss from the heating pipe whether the heat was on or off. I didn't mind, though someone else might. Wi-Fi was weak too, barely good enough for videos at mediocre quality. The waiter, who seemed to be a student, came across as very unmotivated. At this price you expect some shortcomings, though not that attitude, so I'm giving it 3 stars.

The setting is wonderfully quiet, tucked away in the woods. The hosts are really friendly, and the food is top-notch. They put a lot of effort into getting the hotel known, which can't be easy given where it is. I was very happy with my stay. Thanks!!!

We always like eating here. The portions are generous, and everything tastes great and is presented beautifully. The staff are very friendly too. I hope the owners and the inn can stay open.
