We had a very nice short break, and the service was good+. We rarely give five stars, but we'd stay again if the mattresses were softer. Thanks to the team for having us. We were three in the family and stayed a few nights. There was plenty of room for us and our luggage, but the mattresses were quite hard, so anyone with back trouble might not find them suitable. The room was well equipped and cleaned every day. The bathroom had a shower, hairdryer, free shower gel and soap, and towels. There was also a telephone, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. Parking was free across from the hotel/guesthouse, with a charging point for electric cars. On arrival, we got a tourist card for free travel on most local buses and trains, plus discounts for attractions and admission. Stops for buses to the town center were an easy walk, about 30 meters uphill or downhill from the accommodation. We could also walk to the center in around 30 minutes, which suited us since we like walking. Breakfast, if booked, was plentiful, with enough choice that you wouldn't go hungry. For the all-inclusive dinner, you need to give a day's notice. It was good value, and the food included some regional specialties.

Our hosts had a great idea for New Year's Eve: we spent the last minutes of 2025 on the hillside behind the inn, where drinks were provided for a toast and we could watch fireworks across the area. We have never had such a relaxing New Year's Eve. Over our stay at this family-run inn for New Year's Eve 2025/2026, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was superb from beginning to end. Thank you so much!

We were very satisfied. The rooms were clean and a decent size, and breakfast was good. The restaurant food tasted great too. The beds felt a bit too soft for me.

You could really taste that the meat came from their own farm. The food was delicious, and the venison was a particular favorite.
