The friendly, attentive service made our birthday celebration even more fun, and the whole day felt like a proper feel-good package. We booked coffee and dinner, and the cake was delicious, from the neighboring village. Dinner was a home-style three-course meal cooked by the chef, with cattle raised on their own pasture. The vegetable sides were fantastic, and everything was sourced locally or from their own farm. I’ve rarely had roulades and dumplings this good. They really know their way around a kitchen. Amazing!

The decor and musical entertainment were impressive, and the place itself is beautiful. We went for New Year's Eve and Thanksgiving. The menu was a small selection, but everything was freshly prepared. The food was delicious, including Angus beef from their own farm, freshly made carrots and red cabbage, and incredibly soft dumplings. The staff were friendly, and the value for money was excellent.

The meat was tender and juicy, and the potatoes were excellent. We only went to the restaurant, where they served beef and pork with vegetables from their own farm. They serve delicious East Thuringian cuisine. The staff were friendly, and everything was very clean. The entrance is on the first floor and only reachable by stairs.
