Villa Heusenstamm

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and parking was easy. The calm residential area also has quick access to the A3 and an S-Bahn ride of about 20 minutes into Frankfurt. I found it a good base for business, a weekend away, or a trade fair visit when you want somewhere quiet. The room was roomy and comfortable, with premium bedding, a flat-screen TV and fast WiFi. Some rooms have garden views, a nice touch after a long day. Breakfast had both buffet and à la carte options, and the lounge and terrace were good places to relax. I had a fantastic stay and would come back.

Getting around from here was easy, and the atmosphere was nice. The apartment was clean and had good amenities. I was very satisfied.

The kitchen was so poorly equipped that even making a basic meal wasn’t really possible, and there wasn’t a coffee maker. The furniture looked like the cheapest kind, as if it had been rescued from the trash. The whole place felt run-down and unclean, with a bad smell as soon as you walked in. I can’t see how anyone could call it a villa. It felt more like a very cheap worker’s apartment in a backyard packed with garbage. My parents paid €150 a night, and I was appalled and embarrassed that they had to stay there. The place bore no resemblance to the photos. We’ve booked lots of places while traveling and never encountered anything like this. I’d advise everyone against staying here.
