12Apart Düsseldorf Hilden

Getting around was easy, with buses and trains close by and the city center within an easy walk. The place itself was clean and very well equipped, and the beds were fantastic 😃. It was centrally located but still quiet. Parking in the garage a few meters away was only €6 per day. Everything went smoothly and pleasantly. We'd happily come back, and I highly recommend it. 👍

I had to get PayPal involved before I got my security deposit back. The landlord, who calls herself “reputable,” never replied to my questions about returning it, and Ms. Biermann still hasn't responded to this day. We left the apartments cleaner than we found them because we suspected she would look for an excuse to keep the deposit. The rooms felt carelessly furnished and uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was questionable. Ms. Biermann would just walk in, supposedly to make the beds, though that should have been done beforehand. I suspected she was snooping. She'd soon leave again, grumbling and muttering to herself, with an unpleasant manner. I consider the property manager, Maria Biermann, an unscrupulous landlord and advise people against renting a room from her.

A disaster. There was dirt everywhere, and I got no refund. The owner, Maria Biermann, was very unfriendly and abusive. I strongly advise people to stay away.

The rooms were really dirty, and the lady was extremely unfriendly. Very dissatisfied, absolutely wouldn't recommend it.
