When our car broke down in the middle of the night, we ended up stranded in Hilden with our baby and needed somewhere to stay. The hotel team were incredibly kind and helpful. They made extra space so our baby could nap and be fed while we waited for a rental car. The room was spacious and very nice, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was well prepared.

The pool area was a lovely place to relax, and the showers were great, hot with strong pressure. The rooms were clean and there was lots to choose from at breakfast. It would help if they offered something to take along when leaving before the restaurant opens. Staff were very friendly, though they did wake me up over a mistake of their own.

Right in the heart of Hilden, with everything within walking distance and a great Italian restaurant attached. Breakfast and staff were great. My room was perfectly fine, just nothing special. Given the building's age, the lack of AC was expected in Germany. A lovely experience at this old hotel.

I recommend this hotel, the restaurant service was very good and the place itself was lovely!

Good location and really nice staff, both at the front desk and at breakfast. The breakfast was great, and the pool looked lovely, too bad we didn't have time for a swim 😭. Our room was standard and clean, with a nice big bathroom and a good bed. Really good stay all in all!
