We could safely leave our bicycles in a shed, and there’s a great bakery just around the corner. The rooms and the rest of the place are absolutely fine for the price, right in the center of Hillerse. I’d definitely stay here without worrying about it. After I’d left, I realized I’d forgotten something in the room. The owner called right away, so I could quickly come back for it. That was really kind of her! 👍

For one night, everything else was fine. It’s a small, stylish guesthouse, clean and tidy, and breakfast was decent. But the prices really need to be made clear!!!! I booked a double room at €65 and breakfast at €9 per person, but was charged €70 for the room and €12.50 per person for breakfast. That just doesn’t work.

We’ve stayed here twice and would happily come back if we’re in the area again. The owner is very friendly, and breakfast was more than enough. Even the ferry prices and a last-minute booking were no problem. There’s free parking right outside and free Wi-Fi too. A well-earned 5 stars.

The dogs-are-allowed part was a big plus for us. We didn’t have breakfast, but the quick, smooth booking made things easy for our one-night stay. The rooms are functional, the bathroom was very clean, and the mattress was perfect. 👌😉 The area in front of and around the guesthouse looks drab and cold, which is a shame since it has so much potential. There’s also an extra bed available.
