The hotel felt understaffed and soulless. The restaurant was closed, vending machines were empty, and there was nobody around in the long, dark corridors. Getting around was confusing too, with no useful signs for the garage, and the wrong elevator can leave you out on the street instead of at reception. I booked a single room and got a closet-sized room for 109 Euro. I couldn’t switch because reception closes at 7 pm, even on a Saturday during a long weekend. Breakfast at 15 Euro wasn’t worth the cost either. Not a good experience.

We stayed one night, on our way through to Villach (28 > 29 July), and the room was lovely: bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was great, the shower was excellent, and there was air conditioning. We didn’t notice any disruption from the renovation. Breakfast was served in a small, cozy room, with enough to choose from. It worked perfectly for our one night. Thank you, we’ll visit again.

A wonderful little hotel, with high standards throughout the rooms and facilities. The interior is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the service was great. Thanks for a great stay. I definitely recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was served at little tables for two. This one-year-old hotel has a nice, minimal interior and sits right in the town centre. It’s a 10-minute walk from the train station, and Nuremberg main station is 39 minutes away by train.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and breakfast. The staff were so, so friendly, and I loved how clean the rooms were.
