There aren't any other parking options close by, so keep that in mind. The hotel itself is really good, but the parking lot is controlled by a man who drinks too much, gets aggressive, and acts like the space is his.

The price is completely fair, and the shared shower is OK. There's a bus stop nearby, and you can take a bus to Neu Perlach Süd subway station. But the hotel has no parking, and parking is prohibited on the surrounding streets. The rooms could use fresh paint, and there was hair on some freshly made beds and towels. The Oktoberfest restrooms are borderline. Adequate for a handyman's shed and Oktoberfest visitors.

Carl Hotel, Ottohahnstrasse 28, Munich!!! Never again. The police will fine you €400 if you park in front of the hotel, so where are you supposed to park? It's a rabbit warren, not a hotel. Totally terrible. I'd prefer a comment.
