The walking paths nearby and the beach are gorgeous, and we loved staying here. Staff were welcoming and happy to help without hovering. There’s a lovely wellness area with a pool and saunas, plus a good breakfast. At reception, the honour bar has a small but really nice selection, handy if you arrive late and want to make dinner in your room. They can also bring fresh rolls to your door in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Having private underground parking with a lift straight to the rooms made things especially convenient. We can’t recommend the place highly enough!

The location speaks for itself: it’s in the south of the island on a quiet side street, close to the town center, harbor, and lighthouse. We stayed at the beginning of February and really enjoyed getting to know Sylt from here. Our apartment was spread over two floors and felt both stylish and cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our dog was warmly welcomed too. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We made our own dinners, which was no trouble with the fully equipped kitchen. The pool, sauna, and steam room were fantastic.

My parents spent a week there and enjoyed the apartment and its furnishings. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch. The receptionist felt oddly distant and cold, and could sometimes be brusque. She could be more welcoming. The young man filling in for her was very friendly and helpful.

We stopped by the hotel for the living advent calendar today, our first visit, even though we must have walked past it a hundred times. The atmosphere was so friendly, and the staff were lovely. Such warm hospitality! We might come back for a short break sometime.

First visit was a hit, and we’ll be back! The staff were incredibly attentive, and the wellness facilities were available around the clock. Breakfast was first-class ❤️👍. Tea time was self-service, and our four-legged friends felt completely at home.
