The bus stop is right outside the youth hostel. Buses ran about three times an hour for most of the day, though they could be crowded and weren't always punctual. It’s in the south of the island, about a 10-minute walk from the beach, with no village nearby. There were lots of school students and some families around. My two-bedroom room had no bathroom, but it was clean. They left two small bottles of water and two chocolates, and provided a beach ticket and a map of the area. The included breakfast was decent and the service was fine. For a room with shared showers and toilets, it felt quite expensive. Still, it was a last-minute booking, breakfast was included, and Sylt isn't a cheap destination.

Everything was really clean, and it’s one of the best youth hostels I’ve stayed in. A very nice place with friends. I’d recommend it.

The food was incredible, the staff were so kind, and the owners were absolutely lovely and full of warmth toward everyone. I got far more service than the price suggested, honestly, it felt like I’d got away with something. Everything was so good. Can I give it 6/5 stars? It deserves them.
