There’s a nice area around here for a little walk. We only had a small meal, but the quality was good. I liked the trout they serve at lunch, and the bread and eggs were good and tasted natural. Don’t forget the Prosecco 🥂. The coffee wasn’t good, though, so I wouldn’t recommend it, and there was no lactose-free milk.

There are some lovely hikes and bike rides you can take from here. We stopped for lunch on May 1st, my wife and I, and had a sausage platter, a cheese platter, and some tasty drinks. Everything was absolutely delicious. I noticed our neighbors having other good German dishes too 😉. The prices seem reasonable by today's standards, and we highly recommend the restaurant.

Even with the restaurant full, the team stayed professional and attentive, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Michaela Persiwalk gave us such a warm welcome. The grounds are very inviting, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was excellent. We’d love to come back.

It’s a beautiful area for hiking, and the hotel sits in a very quiet spot between the villages. The view from the rooms is truly superb, and there are two nice bowling alleys. The rooms were clean and the service was great. A textbook perfect training weekend, starting with a friendly welcome and excellent food in the restaurant. From breakfast and lunch through afternoon tea and dinner, there’s something for everyone. Highly recommended.
