The place was pleasantly quiet in the evenings and at night, with little traffic around then. It’s about 1.5 km from the town center, and the remote check-in and communication with the owner went smoothly. We liked how much space the apartment had.

The price was reasonable for what you get. But the apartment smelled musty, almost like someone had smoked there recently, and the furnishings were very basic. It’s right by a main road, with tractors and trucks sounding as if they were going straight through the bedroom. We only got the check-in details after asking, and the shed presented as secure bike storage had no lock.

When my son left his electric toothbrush behind, the owner promptly mailed it to our home for free. That was really kind. We had a lovely stay in a spacious place with tasteful furnishings, and communication was excellent. The owner was always reachable by WhatsApp or email.

From the upper-right apartment, we had a clear, pleasant view over the green surroundings, and the southwest-facing balcony gave us beautiful sunsets. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, stylish, and good value for two people, so it suited our short overnight stay perfectly. For a longer holiday, I might have missed some of the established charm of the area. The building is at the edge of a new development, very tidy, with too many plastic privacy fences and not many trees, though that’s just personal taste.

We had a weekend stay and everything went perfectly. The apartment was lovely and well furnished, and the price felt very fair. We’d happily come back.
