Best Western Plus Theodor Storm Hotel

There’s plenty of room for everything in the hotel room. The staff are always friendly and help wherever they can.

Breakfast had everything I could have wanted, so I’d definitely recommend it. I stayed three nights in a double room for single use with breakfast included. My room was in the older part of the building, which looked newly renovated, and had two big windows facing the garden. There was construction going on at the back, but it didn’t bother me much.

The breakfast was very good, with great coffee and tea choices, a wide spread of hot and cold food, and nicely warm rolls and croissants. The location and facilities were fine too. If you like craft beer, try the brewery bar and restaurant in the same building for a meal and a drink. Our room faced the road, and trucks went by from very early in the morning. It seems the hotel knows about the noise, since there were earplugs in the room. I wish we’d asked for a quieter room. There doesn’t seem to be a discount for the road-facing ones.

The location makes it easy to explore town on foot. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a secure place to lock up bikes.
