We felt very welcome, especially traveling with older people and little kids. The staff were excellent and always ready to help.

The dinner was outstanding, and breakfast was a great German-style meal included in the room rate. The rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly and very flexible.

The staff were friendly. The food was okay, I guess. The Sprite bottle had been expired for over a year, and the water bottle for over a month. Makes you wonder if the food was expired too.
