The warm, helpful staff made us feel welcome from the start. Before we arrived, we had a few phone calls to sort out practical details, and the team was friendly and courteous every time. They gave us useful tips and were always attentive and available. You can tell they put their heart into the place. We especially loved the lake view. The location is central and peaceful, and made a great base for exploring attractions around Lake Constance. Our room was comfortable, beautifully furnished, and very clean, and breakfast was delicious and lovingly prepared. Everything went smoothly, and our stay at the Aparthotel Birkhofer exceeded our expectations. We'd happily return, and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming stay on Lake Constance.

We stayed in the lovely top-floor apartment, which had everything we needed, and the view of Lake Constance was wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with eggs made just how we liked them. The Birkhofer family was warm and accommodating, doing their best to meet all our wishes. The host was always reachable by phone, too. The location right on Lake Constance makes a great base for visiting nearby attractions. We'd love to come back.

Breakfast had everything we could want after waking up. The Birkhofer family were friendly and helpful from our very first contact, and we felt welcome the whole time. Our penthouse suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a panoramic view of Lake Constance that was simply breathtaking. We'd definitely return.

The location is excellent, with a chance to step straight out to the water. We loved the balcony overlooking the lake, and breakfast on the terrace will stay in our memories for a long time. The owners' warm welcome made a great first impression. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the beds gave us a wonderful night's rest. Highly recommended!
