The staff were polite and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The room was simple, and the older facilities were clean and usable, even though the building has an older, somewhat dated look. It was still comfortable. If you want a modern or newly renovated hotel, this may not meet your expectations, but it can be a decent choice if an older-style building is fine with you.

I checked in on my birthday and had paid for a room with a mini-fridge. There was a space for it, but the fridge was missing. When we asked the two ladies at the front desk, they wouldn't move us to another room and tried to charge extra for an upgrade. Kult is down the road and has a better hotel.

We had a delicious four-course meal, really good food, and the atmosphere was amazing, with a little romantic music playing in the background. Ara hotel offers a very romantic candlelight dinner with a bottle of wine at a very affordable price, and the service was great too. If you want something lovely to surprise your partner, Ara Candle light dinner is the place to go.

I've stayed here many times for work. The rooms are a decent size and have always been clean, and the front desk staff have consistently been friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a pretty good selection, and having a large supermarket and gas station nearby is convenient. My main complaint is the internet: it's really slow during peak hours, around the time other guests come in for the night. It's not free either, so I expect better.

The breakfast was really awesome, and the staff were super friendly. I was mostly satisfied apart from the room facing a large green-painted external wall. When the sun reflects off it, the room has an uncomfortable ambiance.
