The staff were kind and helpful, and the family-run place had a warm feel. It was easy to get to from the highway. My room was basic but fine. I usually like art, though the hotel's artistic style wasn't really for me.

We were stuck overnight after our car broke down and we stopped at the BMW service station. The art hotel took us in at the last minute and was flexible, which helped put us at ease. The room was clean, but very hot in the 33-degree weather, with no AC. Breakfast was just okay.

Dinner at the restaurant was five-star, with excellent food and friendly staff. The location also worked well for us, close to the military base and within walking distance of the city. Our room was clean and cute, but the bed wasn't very comfortable. It got hot and humid quickly, so we left the windows open all night, even in February.

The food was yummy, and the prices were good. It's a small, cozy place that can handle accommodation, seminars, birthdays, and other needs, and the staff are flexible. They also offer lunch and dinner, though I found that out too late to try them. English speakers will have no trouble, and there are parking spots. The rooms are looked after every day. There's no refrigerator, but I didn't need one. The location is okay, with the city center about a 30-minute walk away and a grocery store nearby.

The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable. I liked the artistic decor.
