We had a really pleasant stay, and the landlady was lovely. The place was clean, well located, and fairly priced. There’s a big lawn by the door with seats and a swing, plus plenty of parking. It’s tucked away on a side street, so it’s quiet. My only small gripe was the noise inside, and I’d have liked blackout blinds even though we weren’t there just to sleep. :-) Would happily recommend it.

The owners were kind throughout booking and patiently answered even our oddest questions. Our top-floor apartment had more than enough space, with everything we needed and then some. The location is central, close to the bus stop, tourist information, supermarket, and harbor. The beach is about 1.5 km away. Great value, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Groth Bakery is the place to get bread rolls. They’re small, but so tasty! :-) We were right among the beach, shops, and restaurants, and it was easy to get around by bike. There’s also a shed for overnight stays. The apartment itself is quiet, and although the building was full of families with children, we barely noticed. We were welcomed warmly and got useful tips for shopping and eating out. Our apartment worked well for two, and larger ones are available in the building. Those “TV armchairs” were so comfortable we nearly wanted to take them home. We’d gladly return.

There were even board games for families with kids, which was a nice touch. The landlady was friendly and flexible when plans changed. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we were very happy with the accommodation. We’d come back.
