Alpenhotel Gastager

We stayed in a family room, which was really large and could probably fit more than four people. I enjoyed taking morning walks around Inzell. It’s such a peaceful area.

We were very happy with our stay at the Alpenhotel Gastager. The hotel feels cozy and relaxing, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with plenty to choose from. It’s in a great spot for people who love nature and being outdoors, with picturesque mountains and forests all around. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent. We recommend it.

We’ll definitely come back. The hotel won us over with its hospitality and cozy feel. It sits in the heart of beautiful Bavarian nature, and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great choice of fresh, tasty dishes. The whole place has a really relaxing atmosphere.

Since 2022, this hotel has mostly housed Ukrainian refugees. New refugees considering moving there should know that the rental fees are much higher than the region’s reference amounts, so the Job Center may not cover the full rent. Many Ukrainians who have lived there have had considerable problems with management and don’t recommend that new refugees stay there.
