There are lots of facilities here, including a sauna, pool, children's playroom with plenty of books and toys, and a games room with billiards. The rooms are good, and it's a good place overall, but they could be cleaner and tidier. Staff need to keep the rooms cleaner, especially since babies and small children may pick things up and put them in their mouths. I'd still recommend it.

Very unprofessional management. Our car was damaged overnight in the parking space at Chiemgau Appartements, even though the property has video surveillance. When we called the police and waited to report the damage, the managing director acted strangely. Instead of cooperating, he shouted at us to leave immediately because checkout at 10am had passed, and told us not to speak to anyone. The apartment had an old, dirty kitchen, just two forks for five or six people, dirty towels when we arrived, and a balcony covered in spider webs. Horrible. Stay away!

The family room had a kitchen and a bedroom with a queen bed, though the kids' room was tiny and the bed stopped the door from opening fully. There's a children's activity room, but its toys look like they're from the 1980s. The pool was cold, but not too bad. Prices are reasonable, and it's quiet and close to everything while still feeling not very touristy. I'd stay again.

The accommodation is very good value for the price and I'd definitely recommend it. The shower was the one issue: the bathroom floor tiles slope badly, so water spreads all over the room despite your efforts. The remaining water slowly runs under the toilet, leaving a little puddle to step into in the morning.

We’ve stayed in quite a few places across Europe, and this is one of the best. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and there were lots of amenities. Highly recommend it.
