Coffee Fellows Hotel Irschenberg Sud

The view of the mountains from the room was lovely, and the interiors turned out much nicer than the first impression from the parking lot or entrance suggested. There are two playgrounds nearby, plus a good choice of restaurants and services. We got a bargain by booking early, but even at the regular price this is a very nice stop on the way to the Alps.

We were four, with a regular bed and a bunk bed that worked fine for the kids. The room was on the small side, but it had what we needed, and both it and the roomy-enough bathroom were clean. Everything inside seemed quite new. There isn't a fridge in the room, though you can buy pretty much what you need in the lobby. The pillow could have been a little thicker. You get 25% off shop items in the lobby, but we didn't know to ask in the evening and paid full price for juice. We got the discount when we asked in the morning.

We stayed one night. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel was dog friendly. Great place.

Clean rooms and good prices. It's right by the motorway, so getting there is easy, and it's a good choice when all you need is somewhere to sleep for the night.
