The front desk staff were very friendly, and my room was warm during my winter stay. Breakfast was basic. The hotel feels modern and very nice. It has a garage, though I didn't use it because it was too narrow for my car.

I've booked this place twice for work trips. The price is reasonable, and the room is well furnished and immaculately clean. I'd recommend it.

I booked through an agency but never got an entrance code, and nobody was at reception when I arrived. I called, but they couldn't give me the code or send it by text or email. After a while the owners came and opened the hotel and garage. Reception was unattended most of the time, which was the main problem. The location is great and the facilities are OK, with decent value for business travelers. Heating wasn't enough, so the room was quite cold. Breakfast was OK but basic, with little variety. Cleaning is only done on request and is basic.

The hotel is in a great spot, with restaurants and shops on the same street, bus and tram stops nearby, and some free parking around the street. You can get around the city center with short walks. Inside, it has a smart, modern feel, and the small rooms are clean and comfortable. It seems like a good fit for a short business trip or vacation in Jena. Before Christmas, the city center very close by had a great atmosphere.

Breakfast was tasty and enjoyable, the bathroom was fresh and clean, and the cosy rooms had comfortable beds. A very good hotel right in the city center.
