Getting into the room late is easy: use the locker code to retrieve the keys. Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. on weekdays, with a small but good-quality selection of essentials. The place is well managed and close to central Jena. The friendly staff are helpful and forthcoming. I'd recommend it for a vacation or business trip to Jena.

The location is great, right in the heart of Jena and within walking distance of all the important places, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a comfortable hotel. Breakfast is average, and the fresh fried eggs get cold if you don't eat them right away, so a warmer would help. The room has no kettle for making tea, and the toilet smelled really bad despite looking clean. Apart from those issues, it's a great hotel and I'd recommend it.

The hotel is ideally placed for both Jena city centre and the university, but parking is limited, so reserve a space when booking. Staff were friendly from my first phone call to book. My room was spacious and well equipped, with a large bathroom, bath, separate shower, and a small kitchenette. The mattress was softer than I liked. Breakfast was very good. During CoVid it had to be ordered in advance, but it was no problem to ask for more or make changes.

A clean, basic hotel in a really convenient location, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Their own parking is limited, but there's plenty of public parking nearby.

The room felt sterile, and I could hear other guests in their rooms too easily. Breakfast was pretty good, and the location is nice.
