Design Zollamt

I was here for a work trip and enjoyed my time a lot. The owners are super friendly, and my room was pretty, clean, and quiet. The window shades helped me sleep very well. There’s air conditioning, and the garden is lovely for breakfast, which was very good. I can highly recommend it!

The location is very convenient in Kaiserslautern, a short distance from restaurants and grocery stores. The city center is only a 15-minute walk away, and it’s a very pleasant one. I was glad to have a guest parking spot and was able to park there every day. During my week in the area, I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Zollamt. The service was superb, the staff welcoming and professional, and the room and common areas were very clean. Management clearly takes pride in the hotel and in giving guests a high-quality experience. I feel fortunate to have stayed here.

The room felt modern and elegant, and mine had a big balcony. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious smoked salmon. The mattress was very firm, though, and the Wi-Fi kept wobbling. We could also hear the loud guests next door. The staff really do their best to make you feel at home.

The room was a good size, and the balcony looked out over a lovely garden. Staff were amazing. Just a heads-up: breakfast is available and very good, but it costs extra, despite what the summary says. Complimentary parking is included, though spaces reserved for guests are very limited.
