The hotel is super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful whatever the hour. Breakfast runs from 630 to 10 on weekdays and until 11 on weekends, with more than enough to keep you going for the day. It’s conveniently near the train station, next to a movie theater and Burger King. There isn’t a whole lot to do in this town, but if you need a place to stay here, I highly recommend it.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the WiFi and breakfast were good. I’d have preferred foam pillows, and the towels let the place down. They were very thin, rough, and cheap feeling, and should be replaced with larger, more comfortable ones. Still, I had a great stay at this very nice hotel.

I’d stay here again, whether travelling for business or pleasure. The hotel is a great place to stay. Parking costs money, though you can park for free on the street outside. To leave the hotel lot, you need to get a coin from the front desk. It’s no big deal, but feels awkward to ask for one when they’re busy.

My two-week stay had plenty of good points. The hotel is beautiful, new, and comfortable, with clean, tidy, nicely designed rooms. Mine was spacious with a large bathroom. There’s a kettle in the room but no fridge, which would be useful for longer stays. Most TV channels didn’t work, though that wasn’t a big issue. The breakfast area is lovely, and the breakfast staff were consistently polite, quick, and professional. The reception staff were also polite and professional, except for one bearded employee. He never greeted guests, and when I asked if I could leave my car keys at reception for a colleague, he rudely said he wasn’t authorized, then turned his back on me. He could have declined politely. That behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, and the hotel should take care about who it hires for guest-facing work, since it can affect the whole stay. Another real downside is the poor sound insulation between rooms. One night, the couple next door had a very passionate night and morning, which was uncomfortable to hear. The walls seem to be plasterboard, with very little or almost no soundproofing, which lowered my impression of the hotel. I booked through Booking.com with free cancellation and payment on arrival, choosing the slightly more expensive option for my employer in case plans changed. The hotel charged one night to my credit card without my consent or any advance notice on the Booking.com page. That felt unfair and unprofessional. They did refund it after I complained, but it took a few days. The location on the edge of the city is fine. Everything is close by car, and the center is maybe a 30-minute walk, which didn’t bother me. There’s a large free parking lot, so I advise future guests not to pay for hotel parking, since you don’t actually get anything for it and just waste money. I think the hotel should lower the fee or make parking free for guests, though that’s up to them. Despite these problems, the price seems to match the overall quality, and I’d consider staying again. My criticism is meant to help improve things, not just complain. I think the hotel could have a much higher rating if these issues were fixed.
