The house is in a good location, but that's about the only positive. Inside, there's an unpleasant smell like an old pub, and the landlord's conduct was poor from the start. He was extremely unfriendly and left us a note, shown in the attached photo. He also came into the house repeatedly without warning, claiming it was because we weren't using coasters on an allegedly antique table. That was clearly just a pretext. I can't recommend this property.

A fantastic thatched holiday home in Kampen, the upscale resort on Sylt, with direct access to the beach and dunes.
