The layout is spread over several floors: the living room, kitchen and shower bathroom are on the second floor, with a large bathroom, bathtub, infrared sauna and bedroom on the top floor. There’s also another holiday apartment on the ground floor. The children’s room has two single beds and plenty of space, and there’s room for clothes and suitcases. Parking is right outside in a cul-de-sac, so there’s hardly any traffic. The Oceanhouse is by the resort entrance, where it has a panoramic view while the rest of the area is filled with attractive holiday homes and apartments. The house is bright, with parquet flooring throughout, and furnished beautifully in a charming, simple style. The kitchen facing the Schlei is fantastic, and the dining room has a breathtaking view. It’s so quiet, with very few neighbors, and a lovely place to unwind. There’s a seating area facing the Schlei inlet and courtyard, with lots of garden furniture. Bicycles are included, too. The kitchen is well equipped, and there’s a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. There’s a large TV in the living room and another in the double bedroom. You’ll also find what you need for a quick clean. The wood-burning stove can be lit depending on the season. Shopping is 400m away or in the next town, and the garbage disposal is 600m away. There are supplies for replenishing toilet paper, paper towels, a dish brush, cleaning cloths, dish soap, a hand towel, garbage bags and hand soap. If there’s a problem, the Port 54 agency is helpful and responds quickly. Great work by the whole team!
