I’m referring to Sky 65 here. I couldn’t find it on Google; it’s above Shell 65 and costs even more. For that price, the property just doesn’t deliver, and the agency managing it hasn’t responded. The place has serious hygiene problems, renovations have been left undone, and there seems to be no real interest in either the property or its guests. With some effort and outside help, a vacation can still be enjoyable, but it’s sad to see such a beautiful place in a perfect location become so run down.

The room was clean and everything was in excellent condition, with parking right outside the house. You can glimpse a little water to the north between the houses, but none of the homes are directly on the water. For me, only the houses on the Baltic Sea with a proper sea view are really appealing, and I wouldn’t book anything else again. There isn’t much to do around the marina. After the owner replied: there’s a small beach about 350 meters away. At this time of year, we only saw dog walkers there in the mornings. There aren’t any other ways to reach the water nearby.

We spent a week here, and the location was great. The house and its furnishings were new, but service and cleanliness fell short. There were a lot more spiders than usual, some structural damage, and no trash can during our stay. We asked for one and were told it would be provided, but it never arrived :/
