Outside, there's a lovely wooden terrace with chairs, a table and loungers, plus a big lawn and a smart pirate ship for buccaneers of all ages. The whole place has a welcoming, peaceful, clear and witty feel that makes it easy to rest and think happy thoughts. We love it! You feel the change as soon as you turn onto Lotsenstieg in Karlshagen. The little cluster of nearly identical houses is an architectural gem in a town whose look falls somewhere between GDR prefabricated blocks and the plain buildings of the early 2000s. These landscaped houses, with thatched roofs, timber details and calm, balanced facades, sit naturally among the striking pines. At the dead end by the forest, Lotsenstieg 13a feels especially quiet and tucked away. It's a charming little corner of the world, made for relaxing and enjoying yourself.
