The breakfast spread was excellent, though the meats and cheeses had no labels. Since this is Germany, I assume they were all pork. The hotel is very close to the interurban rail stop, which is handy for Strasbourg, but check the timetable and plan ahead. Sometimes trains only come once an hour, and service ends fairly early at night. Rooms were clean and the showers were good, despite that familiar European toilet design. The lobby and corridors often smelled of smoke, though. Also, the front door would be locked at random in the middle of the day, with no sign or indication that you need to go around the back and use your room key at another door. There is supposedly a parking lot, but it can be completely full if you arrive late. Then you're left driving around this small town looking for an available space, rather than someone's full parking spot or front garden.

It's a picturesque village just across the river on the German side, about a half-hour drive from Strasbourg. A good alternative to the overpriced places in one of Europe's capitals. The rooms were clean, the dining area spacious, and the menu had delicious food. The parking area is small but manageable. Danke!

Whenever I'm in Kehl for work, this is my go-to place for lunch or dinner. I've always had a good experience with both the food and the staff. I haven't stayed in the rooms yet, but I'm confident they're great too!

It feels like being at home here. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There's a restaurant, and breakfast is included. Don't expect a Smart TV, though, just a regular TV. Very nice hotel.

We spent one night here in early 2021, when Covid restrictions were in place, and the staff made us feel very welcome and safe. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the building is wonderfully designed. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean and to a very high standard. The food was delicious too. We'd love to return for a longer stay. I can't recommend it enough.
