Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. The property is peaceful, with a lovely private garden, yet right in central Kelheim. Walter and Gerti made us feel very welcome, and everything was there for a comfortable stay. Great value, highly recommend.

Everything was impeccably clean. Walter and Gerti were warm hosts and had plenty of helpful information. The location is handy for city hall and Schneider Weiss.

We keep coming back because staying here feels like being at home. The hosts are so welcoming, and you can settle in and feel at ease straight away. For the quietest stay, I'd pick a room looking onto the garden. We'll be back again.

The bathroom was cleaner than places we've stayed before, with no dirt, rust, limescale, or water marks. The rooms are nicely furnished, and both hosts are friendly and attentive. Altstadtpension Dietz is in a great spot. Definitely recommend it.

We felt well cared for throughout our Five Rivers Cycle Tour stay. Hospitality clearly matters here, and the homemade breakfast buffet is excellent. The guesthouse is run with real care and is right in Kelheim's beautiful old town. We'd happily come back.
