This was our second time staying here with our grandchild, and we were very satisfied. The building was quiet, and booking and getting in touch by email went smoothly. We'd definitely book again.

We told the landlord we'd be arriving around 10-11 pm with our 6-month-old baby and received confirmation, but when we got there, we weren't allowed into the rental. Our emails and several phone calls went unanswered, leaving us on our own overnight. Hotels in Kellenhusen/Dahme aren't staffed in the evenings. We canceled the booking, then received an invoice one day after our arrival for more than the agreed amount. Beware of this unprofessional offer.

The accommodation was clean and nicely furnished, and the digital guestbook was thoughtfully written with all the information explained. The contact was super friendly. I also want to give the cleaning staff a mention, they're old-school. Keep it up!

It might have been all right for a single night, but at exactly 10 a.m. the cleaning lady barked at a single father with two small children, asking if he didn't know he had to be out by 10 at the latest. Still, who dares speak up when the workforce is so scarce...

We had a great stay in this cozy, beautiful apartment. It was well equipped, too.
