Everything else was okay, but the "MERI" holiday apartment could use some investment.

There was a bed bug, which is absolutely unacceptable. The stay was unsatisfactory overall. The promised Wi-Fi never worked, even though I tried different devices every day. We were told it could cut out when overloaded, but that doesn’t explain having no connection at all. The mattresses were completely worn out too. That was just about bearable for three days, but not for a stay of perhaps two weeks. Other tenants I spoke with said the same. There was nowhere to hang a coat, so some hooks would be useful. The balcony furniture was damaged: one chair was crooked at the back and felt like it might collapse, and the table edge had a hole about 3x20cm. That’s a safety concern. In the bathroom, the faucet wasn’t secured, with its screw and mounting plate left at the bottom of the cupboard. The sliding shower doors were so unstable they seemed at risk of coming apart.

The apartment in the Gorch Fock building is in very poor shape, with lots of broken things. It also wasn’t clean, and there’s a lot that needs improving. Very disappointing 😢😕. I wouldn’t recommend Apartment Brücke.

Inside, the "Bridge" room is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. But there’s a lot of bird droppings on the balcony and windowsills.
