Mrs. Topf was so kind and helpful, and the cake she welcomed us with was delicious. She's also a big animal lover, something I nearly forgot to mention. People like her are rare. We had a great stay from June 13th to June 20th, 2021. Many thanks, Mrs. Topf, and best wishes from Dortmund.

We've come back three times and would gladly return again. It's such a peaceful place, and we've rarely had such a relaxing time away. Mrs. Topf, our landlady, is lovely, and we've had some wonderful evenings chatting when she stopped by. One night at 10:00 p.m. she brought mini pig's ear pastries with vanilla ice cream, strawberry jam, and whipped cream. They were amazing! We sat together and talked for ages. You feel right at home here, and leaving is hard.

Apartment 3 looked much older than the photos suggested. It was clean, but the worn carpets and sofa made the place feel unhygienic. The refrigerator didn't work, and the extra cooling unit barely helped. The cooktop and stove also seemed heavily used. I raised these issues on my second day and got no response. Since leaving, I've been accused by the landlord of trying to profit from my request for a partial refund. I'd steer clear.

The landlady was incredibly warm, and we were welcomed with coffee and cake. Our stay at Haus Antje from July 2nd to 9th, 2022 was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was cozy and clean, which made it a lovely place to spend the holiday. We highly recommend it and are already planning to return next year.
