The house is new, with great holiday apartments and underground parking. There’s an EV charging station right at the house, and direct access to the beach 👍👍👍.

It was a great location, with everything within walking distance, and we loved the apartment. Nothing was missing, apart from the advertised washing machine, which was broken and should have been mentioned. The couch and cushions were dirty, and the carpets need cleaning, so it could have been cleaner.

The roof terrace is fantastic, and the beach is only a few steps away. A very nice holiday apartment. We’ll definitely book it again.

We had a wonderful holiday in apartment number 7. Thanks so much to the Gramatke family, we’d love to return. Fly screens and socket covers could make the apartment even better.

The beach is just a very short walk away, and the view from the roof terrace is great. Apartment no. 8 is lovely, furnished with attention to detail.
