They came through when I needed a room late on a Saturday and everything else was booked. Mine was neat and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good.

Getting to Bamberg by car was easy, which was a big plus. The room was fine and fairly clean, with a quite soft bed. The shower was just okay. Service was all right and the price acceptable. There’s an outside parking area a little way off to the left, which looks a bit strange. A vending machine has lemonade and beer.

A great breakfast, clean place, friendly staff, and parking was easy. The room was quiet and comfortable. Bamberg is an easy 10-minute drive, and the small village feels like a typical German village. There’s a nice brewery just a five-minute walk away.

Parking was a hassle. It’s shared with other residents or a truck, and whoever gets there first gets a spot. I wouldn’t stay here again. Check-in went smoothly, but after traveling I found the shower broken. I reported it at the front desk and was told a technician would come soon. He never came back. Later, the technician told my wife that his colleague said it would be repaired the next day, and suggested we ask the guest traveling with us if we could use their shower. I’m not comfortable asking someone else to use their room for a shower or anything else we’re missing. Unbelievable.
