The landlord was really nice and helpful, and we'll definitely recommend the place. The house is cozy and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the lovely garden, with seating areas spread across several levels. Full marks.

We spent a few winter days in the charming little house and felt very comfortable there. It's right by Lake Praunsdorf (Kratzmühle), with good hiking routes starting nearby and plenty for children to explore. Mr. Stahr gave us a friendly welcome, and the house had excellent amenities. Everything was top-notch.

The owner made us feel very welcome, with incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating service. The outdoor area is also a real standout. They've done something truly special with the limited space, designing it phenomenally.

The apartment is in excellent condition and maintained with great attention to detail by its passionate owner, who really gets things done. The place has the feel of a romantic treehouse, and at dusk the indirect lighting among the grounds and vegetation is truly unique. A wonderful experience, highly recommended. The owner takes fantastic care of the property.
