They charge €2,80 for a glass of tap water 😳 The food was okay, nothing special, and took a long time to come. Portions were more modest than at other restaurants, though you can actually finish a schnitzel. I don't really get the rave reviews, because the service isn't worth that. There's a “wait to be seated” sign, so we waited and a server took us to a table. Then another staff member told us it was reserved, showed us the sign, and asked if we'd missed it 🙄 We were asked to move to a different table instead of being brought a menu.

We only had lunch here. The atmosphere was really nice, but the service was very poor. It took 20 minutes to place our order, then over 30 minutes to pay, even after I reminded them twice. The price seemed a little high for the quality of the food.

We booked at the last minute on our way home from Italy, and they had just one room left for our four people. While we had an excellent dinner in the restaurant, they arranged two extra mattresses and lovingly made them up for our kids. The food was really good, just what we wanted after a long drive. A fantastic hotel with people who go the extra mile to make guests happy and comfortable. I'll be back many times when traveling.

The room was big and clean, and the hotel is in a very convenient spot, close to the autoroute. Everyone on staff was super nice, kind, and ready to help with any request we had. We definitely recommend it, and want to thank the amazing family who runs the place.

It's a beautiful place in a nice location, but poor service spoiled it. We were overcharged for bringing our kids, and put in a hot room under the roof. We paid as much as my sister did for a room that was twice as nice. They didn't want to listen to our feedback. Stay away!
