Schlosshotel Kirchberg

The castle is beautiful, but the service was terrible and the rooms weren’t worth the price. Our group of ten colleagues arrived around midnight, after our company had arranged the keys and left instructions for finding our rooms. The reception was closed, and the directions through the large castle complex were so unclear that it took a while to locate some rooms. One room had a guest asleep inside, and we couldn’t find the others using the instructions. The emergency number at reception didn’t exist, and nobody answered the official phone number listed on Google. After an hour of searching through the castle, we found the remaining rooms in another wing.

We spent three days at the Ayurveda Center at the BIO Schlosshotel in Kirchberg an der Jagst, between Stuttgart and Nürnberg in Germany, and were glad we decided to come. Dr. Paul gave us a consultation and recommended specific Ayurvedic massages for both of us. We could use the sauna afterwards and also join a yoga class. Dr. Paul and his team prepared Ayurvedic meals with a lot of care and love. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were tailored to what we needed for better digestion and detoxing, and everything was very tasty. After just three days, we both felt lighter and more energetic, with less body pain and a good feeling in our hearts. We’re grateful to Dr. Paul, Alex, and Ashwin. Thank you so much.

A great hotel, with rooms in a real castle. It was clean and nicely heated. Thanks!

The team was so warm, attentive, and helpful, and they even stayed open two extra hours for our family celebration. That made the occasion feel special. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished, and the modern bathroom was great too. For the quality, the price felt fair. The pale curtains let in a little light, which could be improved, but it barely affected an otherwise lovely stay. We felt very comfortable and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
